Galilean Lutheran Church to Host Harvest Meal Fundraiser for Clear Lake/Ventura Food Pantry

Galilean Lutheran Church is hosting their annual Harvest Meal on Thursday, October 23rd
from 4:30 to 7:00 PM. The meal will feature creamed chicken over biscuits, green beans
with slivered almonds and bacon, coleslaw, homemade pies and beverages. It is open to
the public with a freewill offering requested rather than an entry fee. Proceeds will go to the
Clear Lake/Ventura Food Pantry. Carryout meals will be available, please call ahead to the
church at 641-357-2296 to order. Come and enjoy some delicious food prepared by church
members while listening to music-Old Man Dan’s Original Songs from the Well Traveled
Road. There will be a chance to win a door prize and bid on some silent auction items
including a lap quilt, homemade placemats, gift baskets and homemade pies or canned
