The Winnebago County Fair returns for five days of family fun, livestock competitions, live entertainment, carnival rides, food and exciting grandstand events! 🎠🐄🎶

Fairgoers can enjoy the Get R Fried Midway & Carnival, agricultural and 4-H exhibits, chainsaw carving, circus performances, children’s activities, live music, free food events and nightly grandstand attractions.

🌟 Wednesday, July 15

Wednesday’s activities focus on livestock check-ins, exhibit preparation and opening-night events.

🐄 Livestock, horse, beef, sheep, goat, poultry and rabbit check-ins
🍀 Static exhibit judging and Clover Kids activities from 4 to 7 p.m.
🎠 Midway and carnival from 5 to 8 p.m.
👑 Little Miss and Mr. program at 7 p.m., followed by the Fair Queen Coronation

🌟 Thursday, July 16

🐓 4-H and FFA Poultry Show at 10 a.m.
🌱 4-H Gardening Exhibits judging at 10:30 a.m.
🐾 Pet Show at 12:30 p.m., followed by the Stuffed Animal Pet Show
🐴 4-H and FFA Horse Show at 3 p.m.
🪚 Chainsaw artist Doyle Carving Niche from 10 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m.
🤠 Roping demonstration at 4:30 p.m.
🎠 Midway and carnival from 5 to 9 p.m.
🍽️ Thompson Pool Fundraiser Meal at 5 p.m.
🎶 Forest City High Cards Concert at 5:30 p.m.

🍺 Beer Shed opens at 3 p.m.
🚜 Antique Tractor and Pick-up Pull begins at 4 p.m.
Admission is a free-will offering at the gate. Pit passes are $20.

🐄 Beef judging begins at 9:30 a.m.
🐮 4-H and FFA Beef and Dairy Calf Bucket/Bottle Show at 10 a.m.
🪚 Chainsaw carving demonstrations throughout the day
🏹 Orissa Kelly, foot archer acrobat, performs at 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
🎪 Grace Good Cirque performs at noon, 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
🎸 Rock N Circus performs at 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
🎠 Midway and carnival from 1 to 10 p.m.
🏆 Pictures of State Fair winners at 4 p.m.
🐄 Open Youth Bucket/Bottle Calf, Lamb and Kid Show at 5 p.m.

🎪 Grace Good Cirque performs at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
🐑 4-H and FFA Sheep Show at 12:30 p.m.

🐴 4-H and FFA Horse Show games begin at 8 a.m.
⛪ Church service at 10:30 a.m.
🎉 Fair Parade begins at 12:30 p.m. — please note the updated time
🤼 Monster Arm Wrestling weigh-in from 1 to 2 p.m., with competition beginning at 2 p.m.
🎸 Rock N Circus performs at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
🎪 Grace Good Cirque performs at 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
🎠 Midway and carnival from 1 to 4 p.m.
🍉 Free watermelon at 1:30 p.m., sponsored by Farmers Trust & Savings Bank
🍔 Free burger feed at 1:30 p.m., sponsored by the Winnebago County Farm Bureau
🐄 Parade of Livestock Champions at 2 p.m., followed by the 4-H and FFA Ribbon Auction
🏁 All exhibits released at 6 p.m.

🚗 Auto Cross begins at 4:30 p.m.

Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for children ages 5-12 and free for children 4 and younger. Pit passes are $20.

🎟️ Carnival Wristband Times

🎠 Thursday: 6 to 9 p.m.
🎠 Friday: 6 to 10 p.m.
🎠 Saturday: 1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 10 p.m.
🎠 Sunday: 1 to 4 p.m.

Wristbands are $25 per day when purchased in advance or $30 during the fair.
