A survey reveals that Mondays are the most popular day of the week to snack.

Americans may be eating healthier, but when it comes to getting energy, the bad guys – sugar and caffeine – are what we turn to. Nearly three-quarters of adults asked admit to turning to unhealthy ways to keep their energy up like having multiple cups of coffee (49 percent) or sugar-packed energy drinks (45 percent).

On February 14, fast-food chain McDonald’s will expand the test of its first meatless burger, the McPlant, to approximately 600 additional locations in the San Francisco Bay area and the Dallas-Fort Worth region. McDonald’s first began testing the McPlant — which it developed in partnership with vegan brand Beyond Meat — in early November.

If you drink tequila thinking it won’t give you a hangover, you are mistaken. There’s no magic alcoholic spirit. If you drink enough of any alcohol, you’ll feel it the next day.
