Were out to get 200 qualifiers to join the event on December 21st at 11am at Diamond Jo Casino for The Fox Football Frenzy. These are the rules:
1/You must be 21 to enter the casino and play the game
2/Anyone can enter the contest even if they live in the same household however only one can win per household at the event
3/You must have your tickets that you receive (4) in the buckets by 11:55am on that Sunday morning before the kickoff at 12 Noon. Doors to the event center open at 11am
4/Enter the event center with your logo that was sent to you and we will ask your name to double check.
5/All qualifiers are picked at random with our computer software if you answered the keyword correctly.
6/Once you are a qualifier you never have to try again.
7/Prizes will be awarded by drawing out of the winning buckets 0-9 at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd quarters. Grand Prize will be drawn at the end of the game.
8/If your ticket wins more than one quarter or the Grand Prize you will have the choice on prizes and give up the prize you won previously if it happens.
9/You will have to fill out a W-9 Tax Form if you win The Grand Prize.
10/If you are an unruly guest at The Diamond Jo Casino you will be escorted out of the facility
11/Food and Beverages are available in the event center and around the casino for purchase only
12/ No smoking will be allowed in the Event Center
13/All qualifiers can bring a plus one to the event but cannot win anything unless they are a qualifier.
14/The game is based on luck. After each quarter we will take the score, for example, if its 7-0 we will draw out of the Bucket labeled “7”. We will always take the score and add up the last digits throughout the game when we draw pertaining to the labeled bucket.
